A shop turning black walnut, white oak, rift-cut maple into the rooms you actually live in — hand-milled, grain-matched, delivered on a timeline you can plan around.

Jack runs the shop. He mills the wood, matches the grain, sprays the finish, and hangs the doors. No showroom, no designer retainer, no subbed-out build.

Same hardwood, Blum hinges + stone suppliers as the cabinet lines you see in magazines. Different overhead — the number comes out roughly 20% lower, the craft is identical.

Sized to the plumbing rough-in. Honed stone tops, unlacquered brass, matte black that doesn't rub off. Soft-close drawers deep enough for the hair dryer.

01 / Grain

Book-matched from one log

Every drawer front, door, and panel milled so the grain runs continuous across the room. No mismatched veneer. No rotated cuts.

02 / Mill

From rough stock, in-house

Lumber picked at the yard. Planed, jointed, and dimensioned on the shop machines. No pre-cut panels, no veneered plywood.

03 / Finish

Hand-sanded, batch-stained

Every surface sanded by hand through 220. Stain mixed in one batch for the whole house so every cabinet reads identical. Sprayed in a sealed booth.

04 / Hardware

Blum, brass, matte black

Soft-close on every door. Unlacquered brass that patinas. Matte black that doesn't rub off. Chosen to age with the wood.

Drawings in your inbox within a week. Finishes, hardware, species, stone — each line priced so you can swap.

Shop Build

Every piece milled in-house. Grain-matched, hand-sanded, sprayed in a sealed booth. Video sent when ready.

04

Install + Sign-Off

Delivered, shimmed, leveled, doors aligned. Walk-through with Jack — anything off gets fixed before the check is cut.
